I found myself facing every landlord’s nightmare. Having to deal with bad tenants, complaints from neighbours, non-payment of rent and a trashed property. Frustratingly I faced a prolonged eviction process which left me exhausted, costing me so much time, money and stress which I had to go through to get my property back.
